Rancho Cucamonga Elite Painting prepares and finishes houses, association communities, apartment properties and commercial buildings, and works for the homeowners, boards, managers, builders and general contractors who hire for them.
We work one way on every job. The person who walks the property with you writes the scope, and the crew that is named on it does the work. The scope lists the surface prep, the primer and the number of finish coats, color samples go on your wall before anything is ordered, and the site is covered and cleared every day.
We are licensed, insured and bonded, under California Contractor’s License #585047. Documentation goes out on request, and on association, multifamily and commercial work a certificate of insurance and a W-9 come with the bid package.
Boards, managers and contractors get the paperwork their process needs: product data, submittals, a phased schedule and a punch list walked before the job is closed.
